Cooking can be a rewarding, fun experience – but that’s not always the case for everyone!
Some of us don’t have the time or energy to cook, while others simply don’t like the process. If this is the case for you, it can certainly seem difficult to survive and maintain a healthy lifestyle!
You don’t necessarily need to worry, though. With a little bit of planning, you can find ways to survive without cooking at all.
Choose Foods That Don’t Need To Be Cooked
If you’re looking for hot meals that involve a lot of meat, it may be more difficult for you to survive without cooking.
However, if you’re not picky about what you’re eating, there are many pre-made salads, canned goods, and whole fruits and vegetables that you can incorporate into your diet!
Most fruits and veggies don’t need to be cooked, so you’ll be able to eat them raw without worrying about heating them up at all.
You can carry these foods around for snacks, or eat them together for larger meals.
The Microwave Is Your Friend
There are hundreds of things you can do with the microwave in order to make your cooking life a little easier! Instead of working over the oven or stovetop, you can throw frozen meals in the microwave to make warm food that’ll fill you up.
Ration To-Go Meals
If you don’t like to cook, there are plenty of restaurants that have great takeout or drive-thru meals. You can plan out your weeks to balance eating raw veggies and fruits on some days while eating takeout meals on others!
Say Goodbye To Cooking
Cooking might be fun for some, but for others, it can be an incredible chore. Thankfully, if you’re able to eat a raw diet and plan out your takeout meals, you’ll be able to survive without ever having to work in the kitchen!
